After breakfast in the morning, we will proceed to visit in
and around Mount Abu. We will first visit the Adhar Devi Temple, visit the
famous Dilwara Jain temple of mount Abu built in 20th Century and is a
splendid example of indo-colonial style of 30s. Later, we will visit the
Nakki Lake, this small lake was scooped out by a God using only his nails (or

of India renowned for their sacredness are: (1) Manas Sarovar (Tibet) (2)
Pushkar Sarovar (Rajasthan) (3) Bindu Sarovar (Gujarat) (4) Narayan Sarovar
(Kutch, Gujarat) (5) Pampa Sarovar (Karnataka). The Bindu Sarovar has its
special sanctity and glory due to it being the Tapobhumi of Shri Kapil Dev -
an incarnation of God and founder of Samkhya philosophy. It was on the banks
of the Bindu Sarovar that Kapil Dev preached the essence of attaining Moksha
to his mother. Bhagwan Swaminarayan had also sanctified the Bindu Sarovar.

The Sun Temple was built by King Bhimdev of Solanki Dynasty in 1026. This
temple is known as 11th century sun temple. Solankis were known as
suryavanshi , Gurjar and thus they
built Sun Temple at the village Modhera. This temple is designed as first ray
of the sun fell on the image of sun.

bird species including resident as well as migratory birds. Nal Sarovar
sanctuary invites frequent ornithologists and bird watchers round the year.
The Nal Sarovar Sanctuary is a mainly a wetland and also hosts a heavenly
